VIDEO: Firefighters douse small brush fire near Santa Ana River

DEVORE, Calif. (KABC) -- Dry and hot red-flag conditions have firefighters on alert. They made quick work of a small brush fire near the Santa Ana River bottom in Riverside on Thursday.
