Riverside Halloween house returns to neighborhood

RIVERSIDE, Calif. (KABC) -- The lights are back on, and the music is pumping once again. Riverside's Halloween house has returned.

Two years ago, a homeowners' association pulled the plug on the display after neighbors complained of crowds and traffic.
