CHINO HILLS, Calif. (KABC) -- Chino Hills is under the national spotlight again, this time for a No. 1 nationally ranked high school basketball team.

The No. 1 player on the highly-ranked team was honored Wednesday. Senior Lonzo Ball is one of 24 players in the nation who can say he is a McDonald's All-American.

"You know it's a dream come true. Actually, I just told my coach when we was at our last game, you know all my teammates were there, my family was there. It was a great atmosphere," he said.

Basketball takes on new meaning at Chino Hills High School. Ball, who signed a letter of intent to UCLA, also has two brothers who start on the school's team.

LiAngelo Ball, a junior, and LaMelo Ball, a freshman. Both verbally committed to the Bruins.

"They push each other. We had to put them on different teams at times, and when we do that, they get really competitive," coach Steve Baik said.

If a state and national ranking isn't impressive enough, Chino Hills is undefeated at 19-0. Up until Wednesday night, 18 of those games were not at the high school's gym.

The school just beat a team from North Carolina in Springfield, Missouri on Monday before winning their single home game on Tuesday.

They beat nine teams out of state and their next goal is to win state.
