LONG BEACH, Calif. (KABC) -- A semi-truck overturned early Tuesday morning on a transition road between the 710 and 405 freeways in Long Beach, prompting the California Highway Patrol to close the connector for several hours.
The single-vehicle crash was reported shortly before 12:30 a.m. on the transition from the northbound 710 to the southbound 405, the CHP said. No injuries were reported.
A SigAlert was issued and crane crews responded to the scene to lift the big-rig upright.
The cause of the crash was unknown.
The roadway was reopened shortly before 6 a.m., according to the Highway Patrol.
