Innocent driver struck, killed by fleeing suspect in Fontana, CHP says

According to the California Highway Patrol, an officer was conducting a traffic stop around 1:15 p.m. on the 15 Freeway when the suspect - who was pulled over for speeding in a white Jeep Cherokee - suddenly fled.
