LAPD chief talks new budget, upcoming Olympics and probe into officers' welfare check responses

LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- Los Angeles Police Chief Jim McDonnell spoke with ABC7 about the LAPD's new budget, the upcoming Olympics and the investigation into officers' response to 911 calls after two people were found dead in two different incidents -- one in Woodland Hills and the other in Valley Village.
