Boy tears up after having to flush pet goldfish down toilet

YouTube user Brooke Geherman uploaded the above footage of a little boy saying goodbye to his recently deceased goldfish named Top. The boy gives the goldfish one last kiss goodbye, before flushing it to its final resting place in the ocean below.

After the goldfish disappears from sight, the boy erupts into a fountain of tears, coming to terms with the harsh reality of his dearly departed fish friend. Geherman originally posted the video to her Facebook page on March 15, where it reeled in over 2.5 million views and 63,000 shares.
