Southern California will see mostly clear skies Sunday after some overnight rain came down overnight.

LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- Southern California will see mostly clear skies Sunday after some overnight rain came down overnight.

In the later morning and afternoon hours, Los Angeles and Orange counties on Sunday will see some clear skies and gusty winds after the passing showers. The high will reach 68.

Similar conditions are expected in the valleys and the Inland Empire. The sunshine and slightly warmer temperatures return on Monday with temps in the low 70s.

Beaches on Sunday will see a partly cloudy day with temps in the low 60s.

A high of 49 is expected in the mountains.

The deserts will see a high of 59 and gusty winds.
