SoCal to see mild conditions this weekend with warmer temps next week

Southern California will see a weekend with moderate conditions, but then a warmup will start early next week.

LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- Southern California will see a weekend with moderate conditions, but then a warmup will start early next week.

Los Angeles and Orange counties on Saturday and Sunday will see some morning clouds and afternoon sunshine with a high in the low 80s. By Tuesday, temperatures are expected to be in the upper 80s.

The valleys and Inland Empire can expect temps to hit around 88 on Saturday with some morning clouds and sunshine. Those regions will hit the upper 90s by Monday.

Beaches on Saturday will be cloudy in the morning, with a high of around 71 by the afternoon.

Mountains this weekend will be sunny and warm, with a high in the low 80s and temperatures in the 40s overnight.

The desert areas this weekend will reach the upper 90s.
