SoCal on Friday to see mostly cloudy skies amid cooler temps

LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- Southern California will continue to see more May Gray on Friday and into the weekend, as a morning marine layer keeps things cool.

Los Angeles and Orange counties on Friday can expect a cloudy morning amid a high of 69 degrees.

The valleys and Inland Empire on Friday will also see morning clouds and will be partly cloudy for the rest of the day, with a high of 79 degrees. Similar conditions are on tap for the rest of the weekend.

Beaches on Friday will be cloudy amid temperatures in the low 60s through the weekend.

The mountains will be sunny and mild, with a high of 71 degrees on Friday.

Deserts will be warm and sunny, with a high of 87 degrees on Friday and a low of 60.
