VIDEO: Cars get caught in flash-flooding in Hemet

HEMET, Calif. (KABC) -- Rain caused flash-flooding in Hemet Thursday morning.

The rising waters turned an alley near an apartment complex into a virtual river and a home into a swamp. Several cars were also trapped.
