VIDEO: Homes destroyed by fire in Carlsbad

CARLSBAD, Calif. (KABC) -- Several homes were destroyed by the "Poinsettia Fire" in the city of Carlsbad on Wednesday.

The flames erupted around 10:30 a.m. in the area of Poinsettia Lane and Alicante Road. It quickly jumped the road and was burning up against homes.
