Man commits suicide outside West Hollywood Sheriff's Station

WEST HOLLYWOOD, Calif. (KABC) -- A 52-year-old man shot himself to death in the parking lot of the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Station in West Hollywood Saturday.

The incident occurred in the lot at the station near Santa Monica and San Vicente boulevards at 10:24 p.m.

The man has not been identified pending notification of kin. A gun was found nearby.

No deputies were injured, and the investigation is ongoing.
