Woman shot to death in Skid Row domestic dispute

SKID ROW, LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- A woman was shot to death during a domestic dispute on Skid Row Wednesday afternoon, Los Angeles police said.

Officials said the shooting happened on East 5th Avenue and South San Pedro Street at about 1:20 p.m.

The Los Angeles Police Department stated the shooting was during a domestic dispute.

The suspected shooter ran from the scene, but was caught and held by a private security team until police could take him into custody.
