"I just like working with kids my age or younger, and help them achieve to what they want to be," said Kristopher.
Kristopher has performed all over the world, won international competitions, and trains at the prestigious Debbie Allen Dance Academy. In fact, Ms. Allen has been a huge inspiration to him.
"Just pushes herself, and helps children -- period," said Kristopher. "It's just like a big motivation for me because I want to do this. I want to help children."
But Kristopher hopes that he is teaching more than just a dance move.
"By having a hard-working energy, it just helps through the whole day, through the future, and then you'll become successful by just putting your hard work towards everything you do," said Kristopher.
As he prepares his students, he is getting ready for a very ambitious future.
"My number one choice is Julliard," said Kristopher. "Yes, I love that school. And my number one company to audition for, to be in, is American Ballet theater."
