Can big breakfast lead to weight loss?

Your mom was right -- you shouldn't skip breakfast. And that's especially true if you're trying to lose weight.A study done by the Endocrine Society in San Francisco found that eating a breakfast packed with carbs and protein can lessen cravings and even hunger for the rest of the day.

Researchers say sedentary, overweight women lost almost five times as much weight on a diet that included a big breakfast versus other women in the study who were on a low-carb diet.
