Two officers were trapped in their patrol car after it was hit and pushed into another vehicle.
The driver of the vehicle then took off on foot.
After a three-hour search, officers found the suspect hiding near some homes. He was arrested and charged with felony hit-and-run.
One officer suffered minor injuries in the crash.
