Body found with hands tied, head covered

LOS ANGELES The body Tammy Lynn Howell, 34, was found at a home on the 41000 block on 176th Street East. Howell's hands were tied up, and her head was covered.

Deputies say her husband, Kenneth David Howell, was at the home when they arrived, but then took off.
