When she wouldn't talk to him, he pulled his car into a driveway in front of her and grabbed her arm, but she got away.
In the second incident, police said an 11-year-old boy was walking on the 29000 block of Las Brisas Road in the unincorporated area of Tesoro Del Valle when a man got out of the passenger side of the car and ordered the boy inside last Monday afternoon.
The boy ran and used his cell phone to call his mother.
