US Bank offers $10,000 reward for bank robber

RIVERSIDE, Calif. Riverside Police say on January 21, at about 10:40 a.m., the robber entered the US Bank at Central Avenue and San Diego Avenue. Investigators say the robber handed a note to a teller demanding money, and walked out through the front doors with an undisclosed amount of cash.

By the time police arrived the suspect was nowhere in sight. No one was injured during the robbery and it did not appear that the suspect had a weapon.

Police have released a surveillance image of the robber. She is described as an adult white female, or possibly a male in disguise, approximately 30 to 40-years-old, heavy set, wearing a black jacket, black shirt, black gloves, black sunglasses and a possible wig.

The Riverside Police Department is asking for the public's assistance in identifying the suspect. Anyone with information is asked to contact Detective Greg Rowe at (951) 353-7136.
