Police said a 20-year-old man, described as a known gang member, was killed, and an innocent bystander was wounded. The victim, identified as a 40-year-old man, was taken to a local hospital in stable condition.
The suspects were described only as two men in their 20s. Police say the shooting may be gang-related.
