Investigators say the suspect waits in the path of the victims who are distracted on their cell phones and assaults them.
All six women described the suspect as a Latino man, 40 to 60 years old, 5 feet 3 inches to 5 feet 6 inches tall, 150 to 180 pounds with a dark complexion, brown eyes and a pot belly. Victims also reported that the suspect often wears various hats.
