3-story building falls in Guatemala sinkhole

June 1, 2010 12:14:17 AM PDT
A three-story building in northern Guatemala City fell into a giant sinkhole, but there were no reports of anyone hurt.

Guatemala has been one of the hardest hit countries in Central America from the season's first tropical storm.

Tropical Storm Agatha has caused bridges to collapse, and emergency crews are struggling to reach isolated areas.

In all, some 110,000 people have been evacuated in Guatemala, but thousands more have fled their homes in neighboring Honduras, where the death toll has now reached 17.
