Investigators say someone in a red Chevy Tahoe fired a semi-automatic gun at another vehicle.
At least one of those shots hit a person in the forearm, but that person is expected to recover.
Detectives are still looking for that Chevy Tahoe, which did not have any plates.
A motive for the shooting is unknown.
