Adopted dog rescues family from house fire

ST. MARTINVILLE, La. Kevin Cazelot, who already survived a dangerous fire several years ago, was listening to some music in his car, when he fell asleep.

Something from the car set the garage on fire, and the flames quickly spread to the house.

Sunny, his lab mix, started barking and that alerted Kevin and his wife, who were able to get Sunny from under a bed and get out of the house in time.

The couple adopted Sunny last year from a Louisiana shelter.
