BLOOMINGTON, Minn. Loki is a North Pacific Giant Octopus at the Underwater Adventure Aquarium in Bloomington. Aquarium staff wanted to see if Loki could shed some light on whether Favre will retire, or stay and play for the /*Minnesota Vikings*/ next year.
