The victim said the suspect stood close to her as she looked at CDs on Aug. 3. The man allegedly reached over and fondled her chest, and then grinned at her before leaving the store.
The suspect is described as an Asian man, about 30 years old, 5 feet 2 inches tall, 140 pounds, with acne scars on his face.
