The children were reportedly fathered by her accused abductor, Philip Garrido.
Dugard was 11 years old when she was kidnapped, and kept prisoner in a shed and backyard near Antioch, California.
Dugard's ordeal resulted in a $20 million settlement from the state of California.
The family says the money will be used to support and provide continuing therapy for Dugard and her children.
