LOS ANGELES --Eva Longoria has filed for divorce from NBA point guard Tony Parker, citing irreconcilable differences.The "Desperate Housewives" star filed for divorce Wednesday morning in Los Angeles Superior Court. She and Parker, who plays for the San Antonio Spurs, were married July 7, 2007. The two have no children together.
In the divorce filing, Longoria requested that her name be restored to Eva Jacqueline Longoria - she had taken Parker's last name. The filing also stated that the couple had a prenuptial agreement.
