The products are three varieties of Tylenol Cold Multi-Symptom liquid products: Daytime Citrus Burst, Severe Cool Burst and Nighttime Cool Burst.
The company says the labels on some nine million bottles do not adequately warn customers about trace amounts of alcohol in the flavoring.
Tylenol says the information about the alcohol is on the back of the bottles, but not the front.
