Uma Thurman's stalker may get out of jail while he awaits trial on charges of trying to contact the actress again.A Manhattan judge set a $250,000 cash bail or $500,000 bond on Wednesday for Jack Jordan. His attorneys said it's unclear whether he can post either of those amounts.

Following his 2008 stalking and harassment conviction, Jordan was told not to try to contact the actress for five years. According to prosecutors, Jordan called her again on Oct. 29 and Oct. 30.

He has pleaded not guilty to charges including stalking and criminal contempt of court. Prosecutors say the 39-year-old told police the calls were drunken mistakes.
