3 flu deaths in LA County in '10-'11 season

LOS ANGELES At least three people have died from the flu over the past couple of weeks, including a 4-year-old boy.

The deaths are the first fatalities of the 2010-2011 flu season.

Two of the victims were obese, which is a newly identified risk factor for flu complications.

The county health department wants residents to know that there's still time to get a flu shot.

Flu season can last as late as May.
