Marrero is being accused of identity theft. Court documents show Marrero used a co-worker's credit card to purchase more than $5,000 in merchandise at Target and Zales.
She also has four other convictions on her record for retail theft and a hit-and-run accident.
When it comes to the mall incident, Marrero's attorney said she no longer plans to sue, but instead wants an apology.
