Strong winds topple big rig in Ontario

ONTARIO, Calif. A high wind warning was issued until 4 p.m. for Orange, Riverside and San Bernardino counties.

A big rig flipped over on its side on the 10 Freeway in Ontario early Sunday morning. The driver of the truck was trying to transition from the 15 Freeway to the 10 Freeway, according to the /*California Highway Patrol*/. It's unknown if the driver sustained any injuries.

Winds are expected to reach speeds of at least 40 mph. Officials warned that high winds can cause property damage. The forecast is calling for gusts up to 60 mph below the Cajon Pass.

Drivers of high-profile vehicles, such as RVs or large trucks, were warned to take it slow on the roads.
