Police arrested 30-year-old William Ward and 44-year-old Gregory Noble at a residence located in the 1800 block of River Road. They are accused of the repeated sexual victimization of a then 10-year-old child.
Perris Police investigators have been in contact with the family of the child victim in this incident. The child's safe protection from further harm in this incident has been provided for.
