Brooke Mueller's restraining order against Sheen to expire

LOS ANGELES

She filed the order on March 1 and it expires Tuesday.

A court hearing was scheduled to discuss a possible extension, but an attorney asked for it to be taken off the calendar.

The couple has already reached an agreement on custody of their twin sons.

The restraining order required Sheen to stay 100 yards away from Mueller and have no contact with her.

The order was issued after Mueller filed claims of physical abuse and threats, which prompted police to take Sheen's kids out of his care.

According to a sworn declaration filed in the case, Mueller said Sheen told her in a phone call: "I will cut your head off, put it in a box and send it to your mom. And if you're having this conversation taped, then consider it done."
