The alleged molestation happened in 2005 at Poole's Daycare on the 26200 block of Casa Encantador.
Lovetta Poole was arrested last week and charged with four counts of lewd acts with a child under the age of 10.
Poole's daycare license was suspended and she was no longer operating a daycare center at the time of her arrest.
