Verizon discontinues cellphone unlimited data plans

The cellphone company says it's getting rid of the plans starting next month. Customers will now be charged based on their usage.

Verizon has not yet said how much it plans to charge. Customers who already have unlimited data as part of their plan will not be affected until their contracts expire.
