The inspections came after the story about the deeply tanned Patricia Krentcil, who faces child endangerment charges for taking her 6-year-old daughter to the tanning bed.
The violations are mostly related to one patron, who was allowed to tan 24 times in March.
The owner is contesting the violations, saying he would be out of business if people could only tan once a week.
