The female victim reported the incident to Fillmore police on April 18. She told investigators that a young male approached her on a residential street and exposed his genitals to her.
Later that day, the 15-year-old suspect was taken into custody at his home. During their investigation, Fillmore police linked the suspect to two sexual battery cases that occurred in the same vicinity in March.
