Zendaya Coleman and her partner, Val Chmerkovskiy, are in the lead right now by one point. Their freestyle routine got a perfect score. It came with blood, sweat and tears - but mostly blood. Chmerkovskiy accidentally received an elbow above the brow during dress rehearsal.

"We didn't know what to do," Coleman said. "He just kept on smiling so I was like, 'Apparently he's fine. I don't even know if he knows blood is dripping all over him right now.'"

Chmerkovskiy went to the hospital shortly after the show.

Kellie Pickler and partner Derek Hough went for some remarkable moves in their 10-10-10-scoring freestyle routine.

"We couldn't have done any more and it was such a special moment," Hough said.

Three points under them in third place were Aly Raisman and partner Mark Ballas, who also did a freestyle to triple 10s.

"Everyone brought their 'A' game tonight," Raisman said. "It was amazing. I loved everyone's freestyles. I loved everyone's performances."

Jacoby Jones and partner Karina Smirnoff scored triple nines for their freestyle routine. Jones thought the dance deserved tens.
