Michael Jackson trial: Paris, Prince Jackson refute chef's testimony

LOS ANGELES

Short clips of the videotaped depositions were played to refute testimony from Jackson's personal chef, Kai Chase.

Chase testified Tuesday that she saw Prince helping Michael Jackson up the stairs one night after rehearsal. But Prince said that never happened, and that he wouldn't be able to either.

The chef also testified that Jackson nanny Grace Rwamba was like a mother to the children, something Paris disputed in the deposition.

"She would call the hotel and say she was his wife. She was obsessed with him," Paris Jackson said. "She'd call and say she was his wife. And they'd let her in, and he'd wake up and she'd be like in his bed ... kind of creepy."

The Jackson family is suing tour promoter AEG Live for $40 billion.
