Lindsay Lohan admits addiction to alcohol in Oprah interview

LOS ANGELES

The 27-year-old actress bared her soul to Oprah Winfrey Sunday shortly following her release from a 90-day court ordered rehab. The stint was Lohan's sixth time at a rehab facility.

During the interview that aired on the Oprah Winfrey Network, Lohan said she's "in a different head space" after admitting to drug use in the past. She voiwed to stay "present and clear-headed and focused."

"I feel whole again," the trouble-prone actress told Winfrey, "and I have such a desire to want to keep this feeling and stay this way, and I'm willing to do whatever it takes."

When Winfrey asked her what she's on these days, Lohan replied vitamins and nexium because of her acid reflux.

Lohan must now undergo therapy three times a week for the next 16 months to help avoid relapsing.
