Rick Allen Walker, 54, pleaded no contest to four felony counts of DUI causing injury on Aug. 19.
The 54-year-old entered the northbound lanes of the 14 Freeway, headin southbound at an estimated 85 mph. He crashed head-on into a Dodge 2500 pickup which then triggered a chain-reaction that involved at least nine vehicles and left 11 people injured. Three people were critically injured in the collision.
Walker was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of methamphetamine following the crash.
