A baby boy, who survived after his aunt gave him emergency CPR on a Miami freeway, is finally home from the hospital.

Sebastian de la Cruz was all smiles and weighs a healthy 12 pounds. The 5-month-old is thriving after undergoing surgery to remove cysts from his trachea. That was the reason he stopped breathing on the busy Dolphin Expressway on Feb. 21.

Dramatic photos from the scene showed his aunt, Pamela Rauseo, giving him CPR on the highway as other drivers stopped to help.

With the cysts gone, Sebastian's mom says he is more alert and calm. He also does a lot more playing.
