PASSAIC, New Jersey -- Back in 2017, then 7-year-old Kaleb Ramos wanted to do something special for kids going through a rough time.
He had spent three years growing out his hair so that he could eventually cut it and donate it to help young cancer patients.
"I had a teacher who donated her hair, so I wanted to donate mine," he said back then.
Nearly six years later, Kaleb is spreading awareness and love once again. He is cutting his long hair and donating about 20 inches of it to the same cause. And this time, Kaleb is not alone. His younger brother Julius is joining him in this act of kindness.
The New Jersey siblings hope their actions inspire others to consider donating their hair to children fighting cancer.
