Bad breakup? Take 'heartache leave'

(KABC) A company in Japan is actually giving paid time off for employees who've had a bad breakup.

Employees who are 24-years-old or younger can get one day off per year. Those between 25- and 29-years-old can take two days off. And those who are 30-years-old and older can take three days off.

The company says women in their 20s can find new love easier than older women, and can probably get over a bad breakup more quickly.

The company is made up of six women who market cosmetics and other products aimed at women.
