State investigators say the 45-year-old Jones harassed 41-year-old Michelle Ramos from July 2006 through August 2007.
Investigators say Jones allegedly made threatening phone calls, unwanted advances and impersonated Ramos on Internet singles sites where he solicited individuals to contact her for sex.
He remains free on $135,000 bail, but a judge granted Ramos' request for a restraining order requiring Jones to stay away from her.
