Arrest in 1983 murder mystery

Arnulfo Zuniga was arrested in Las Vegas in connection with the murder of a man at a Sun Valley restaurant.

Police said he was in possession of guns, a bulletproof vest and had been using an alias. Police also believe he originally fled to Mexico then returned to the U.S.
