Dad sent to jail after kid fails GED

The man was ordered by the court to have his now 18-year-old daughter get her diploma. When she failed the test, he was charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

The teen says she's only having problems with the math portion of the test.

"I mean, my dad's getting punished for something I did when I was 16, you know? It's like, I should - if anybody - be punished for this. I would way rather me go to jail than my dad," said Britney Gegner.

Court officials say the dad could be let out of jail if his daughter passes the test.
